Cancellation

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling your appointment for any reason with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of the deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. Please refer to your confirmation email for more information. 

Rescheduling

We understand unforeseen circumstances occur; however, rescheduling must be done 24 hours before your appointment. If for any reason you need to reschedule within less than 24 hours, you will lose your deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. If you notify us with more than 24 hours notice of your appointment, your deposit will be valid to reschedule for up to 6 months. Please refer to your confirmation email for more information. 

Arriving Late/No show

To avoid unfair delays to all of our clients, we give a 5 minute grace period for Eyebrow Design, Brow Lamination, and Lash Lift services. For our Semi-Permanent services, there is a 15 minute grace period. Anything more than that will result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Charges will apply, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Eyebrow Design, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift + Tint, or Waxing/Sugaring Appointments

To ensure that our clients have the best experience in our studio, either as a walk-in or as an appointment, we have to be very strict with our policy. No show, canceling or rescheduling appointments within less than 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new one will be required to book a new appointment.

In addition to: 

  • First offense- You will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book.
  • Second offense- You will be required to pay for the service in full in order to reschedule.
  • Third offense will be banned from booking future appointments. 

Semi-Permanent Appointments

Touch Up Appointments

Touch ups that are included: If your touch up is included with your procedure, no show, canceling or rescheduling your appointment within less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee, due at booking, in order to reschedule. 

Touch ups that are NOT included: If your touch up is NOT included, no show, canceling, or rescheduling your appointment within less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 

After your first PMU appointment with us, if touch up is booked or required, no show, canceling or rescheduling your appointment within less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee, due at booking, in order to reschedule.

Please note: some services include the touch up, some may not.

In addition to:

  • Second offense- You will be required to pay for the touch up in full in order to reschedule.
  • Third offense will be banned from booking future appointments.

Consultations

If you have ever done a semi-permanent or permanent makeup procedure, you MUST first book a consultation with the artist of your choice. If you book a semi-permanent appointment without a prior consultation and we are not able to work with your past procedure, this will result in full loss of your deposit. No show, cancelling or rescheduling appointments within less than 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new one will be required to book a new appointment.

Payment

If you have not paid in full online, the remaining balance will be due at your first appointment. Touch-up balance will be due at your touch-up appointment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.

Booking

Touch Ups: You must book your touch-up with your original artist.

Please do not schedule an appointment if you are:

  • Under 18.
  • If you have diabetes or high blood pressure that is not under control.
  • If you are pregnant.
  • If you have glaucoma or are taking blood thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, warfarin, heparin). If you are taking blood thinners, you can book, but be aware that this may negatively affect your pigment retention. 
  • If you have skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema.
  • If you have a transmittable blood condition such as HIV or Hepatitis.
  • If you are taking any acne medication such as Accutane. 
  • If you have skin cancer and are undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy, consult your doctor. 
  • If you have epilepsy.
  • If you have a pacemaker or major heart problems. 
  • If you have done botox or similar or chemical peeling 30-45 days before the procedure.
